When we coach business owners on a one-on-one basis, the first thing we do is take them through a Strategic Planning Day. The Planning Day allows us to help them to formulate a customised plan to work on their business, and we help them look at their business in a way they've never considered before.

Prior to the Planning Day, the business owners fill out a 191 question questionnaire - the Business Development Questionnaire (BDQ). The BDQ drills down in the various areas of their business as detailed by the Rocket to Success, and not only provides us with invaluable information about the business, but also helps the business owner to focus and consider their business in a new light.

We often receive feedback that the process of completing the BDQ is an incredibly valuable experience just by itself. So that's why we're offering you the chance to fill it out yourself, without having to commit to a Planning Day.

In the next lecture, you'll be able to fill out your own BDQ and once you complete it we'll email you a copy of your answers so you have a record.
